1.Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: 2:00 PM | 

Check-out: 12:00 Noon

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in for all guests.

2.Payment Policy

A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.

Full payment, including an incidental deposit, must be made before check-in.

All additional charges must be settled at check-out.

Any damages or unpaid dues will be billed accordingly.

Cancellation policies are based on the terms agreed upon at the time of booking.

3.Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation: Cancel at least 3 days before arrival (by 2:00 PM local time) for a full refund.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 3 days before arrival will be charged for one night’s stay (including taxes).

No-Show: Failure to check in without prior notice may result in a full booking charge at the hotel’s discretion.

Early Departures: No refunds will be given for early check-outs.

Group & Special Event Bookings: Different cancellation policies may apply for group reservations, peak season stays, and promotional offers. These will be outlined at the time of booking.

4.Extras & Add-Ons (If Applicable)
